National Tradesperson Day Celebrations
EMR celebrated National Tradesperson Day on Friday, September 15, 2023. It was a great morning, with all five of our branches closing from 8AM – 10:30AM to honor technicians and the trades industry as a whole. Throughout the morning, each branch enjoyed breakfast and games with all staff, past and present technicians received gift bags to show appreciation for their services and a 55” OLED Smart TV was raffled off with one winner per branch.
We celebrate National Tradesperson Day the entire month of September each year, sharing customer testimonials, skilled trades facts and statistics and other pertinent content on our social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
EMR President, Caroline Kirschnick, commented, “a community can have all the resources possible, but it wouldn’t matter if the people with the right skill sets weren’t there to put those resources to the right use.”
Tradespeople are one such group of professionals who ensure that resources are used correctly for communities and their members to live comfortable lives. Our annual campaign reaches well beyond the commercial kitchen parts and services sector. The ultimate goal is to build awareness of the importance of all trades to our society as a whole.
