EMR Delaware Valley Operations Manager

Noah Mathay joined the EMR team in August 2023 as the operations manager of our 26-person team in Delaware Valley. The foodservice industry has always been a huge part of Noah’s life, as he grew up working in his family’s restaurant prior to attending and graduating from the Academy of Culinary Arts in Mays Landing, NJ. Upon graduating, Noah officially began his career in foodservice, working at private country clubs, fine dining, bistro, and casual restaurants. His 20+ years of professional experience in the industry provides him with expertise in management, training, customer service and the foodservice industry as a whole.


“The foodservice industry has made a huge impact on my life. I enjoy exploring other cultures and cuisines, discovering new foods, flavors, and the people from those regions. I could spend hours wandering around any Asian, Latin, and Italian markets or grocery stores!”


Prior to joining EMR, Noah was employed with NaturaLawn of America Wilmington (Operations Manager), Culinart Dining Service (Foodservice Director) and The Food Bank of Delaware (Culinary Instructor). In his new position, Noah looks forward to re-connecting with familiar faces in the culinary industry, building relationships with new customers and learning more about the technical side of EMR’s operations.


Outside of his work life, Noah enjoys any outdoor activities, cooking, and exploring with his two children and chocolate lab.
