EMR Delaware Valley Operations Manager

Danielle Banks joined the EMR team in January 2025 as the operations manager of our 27-person team in Delaware Valley. With over 15 years of leadership experience in the HVAC industry, Danielle brings a wealth of knowledge and a versatile skill set to her role. Throughout her career, she has worn many hats, gaining expertise in HR, payroll, marketing, dispatching, and, above all, delivering exceptional customer service.

Before joining EMR, Danielle served as Office Manager for a medical waste company and as a Project Manager for a roofing company. However, her most relevant experience comes from her six-year tenure as Director of Operations for an HVAC company, where she played a key role in overseeing daily operations until its closure.

At EMR, Danielle leads a dynamic team that includes 22 technicians, two Field Service Supervisors, two Dispatchers, a Parts Coordinator, and an Assistant Branch Manager. Her primary goal is to foster trust, unity, and growth within the Delaware Valley branch, ensuring a supportive and high-performing environment for both employees and customers. She is committed to strengthening the branch by providing leadership rooted in empathy, collaboration, and strategic development.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and two wonderful grandbabies. She loves soaking up the sun by the pool in the summer, taking trips to Atlantic City with her husband, and catching up on much-needed sleep. A fun fact about Danielle? She has a pet cemetery at her home!
