EMR Baltimore Operations Manager

Jamison is the Operations Manager for EMR’s Baltimore branch. He brings his technical background, knowledge and experience with him as he rose through the EMR ranks since 2014, including Refrigeration Service Technician, Field Service Supervisor and Refrigeration Service Manager. With his strong organizational skills and sharp business mind, Jamison leads a team of 29 technicians, 2 dispatchers, 1 call taker and 1 salesperson.

In his new position, Jamison strives to grow his team, expand EMR’s HVAC market, along with commercial foodservice equipment repairs and planned maintenance programs. He will continue to promote our safety-first approach, customer service pledge, and our President’s vision to help underprivileged individuals build communities back up with a career in the trades.

“Every day at EMR is a new adventure with endless learning experiences. I love to watch people join this trade and make a career out of it to provide for themselves and their families.”

Jamison began working in the foodservice industry at the age of 15. After 12 years of working various positions in restaurants, Jamison went to school for HVAC/R at Tesst School of Technology. After graduation, he worked in the DCMV area installing HVAC controls at commercial sites, followed by Pepco working in the energy management industry. After becoming an expert on the commercial side, he moved onto residential HVAC/R and began working for Sears Home Services. During this time, he obtained his MD journeyman HVAC/R license, and after a few short years, he knew that commercial was what he enjoyed most so he began his career with EMR as a service technician in 2014. Soon after, he obtained his Master HVAC/R license and began his path to management.

A fun fact about Jamison is that growing up he was a karate prodigy and was teaching adult karate classes by the age of 8! Outside of EMR, you can find Jamison relaxing, watching sports, eating crabs, and spending time with his family – which he says is priceless.
