Service Technicians

Job Description: Under minimal supervision, able to consistently troubleshoot, service & repair (in the field) all makes/models of commercial food equipment, and to serve the customer in a professional, safe, and helpful manner.
Qualifications: Must have good mechanical aptitude, electrical knowledge, customer service attitude and good driving record. We do a criminal background check and drug test.

Qualifications: Must have CFC certification and Journeyman license or the ability to obtain a Journeyman License within a couple of months of hire. Must have good mechanical aptitude, electrical knowledge, customer service attitude and good driving record. We do a criminal background check and drug test.

Assistant Branch Manager
Location: Beltsville, Maryland
The right candidate must have experience in a repair/service environment, preferably for the commercial kitchen repair industry. Must have strong leadership and communication abilities, excellent people skills, and motivation to help grow the business. Individual must be able to help develop and implement business plans in order to increase sales and profit. Areas of responsibility include sales, outside service, customer service/relations, personnel (hiring, firing, annual reviews), training, inventory (in-house and vehicle), budgets and data processing.
